We come to your home and walk the property together. You tell us what you want; we look at the slope, the drainage, the sun, the sprinklers and what is already there. We'll share ideas and tell you honestly what will and won't work.

Questions people ask us.
- What will my yard cost?
- Honestly, nobody can tell you that over the phone — and anyone who does is guessing. Price depends on the size of the area, the slope, access for equipment, what has to come out, and the materials you choose. That's why we come out and walk it with you first. The estimate is free, it's in writing, and you are under no obligation.
- Why won't you give me a rough number over the phone?
- Because a rough number is usually wrong, and then everyone is disappointed. A park-strip conversion and a backyard fire lounge are completely different jobs. Once we have seen the yard we can give you a real price that holds.
- Do I have to do the whole yard at once?
- No. Plenty of people do it in stages. We plan the whole yard first so the first stage doesn't get torn up to make room for the second — sprinkler lines and sleeves go in for the full plan up front.
- We just built a new home. When should we call?
- As early as you can — ideally before the builder pours the flatwork. Grading, drainage and sprinkler lines are cheap to get right early and expensive to fix later. We are happy to look at a lot that is still dirt.
- Can you help us use less water or get a rebate?
- Yes. We convert lawns and park strips to rock and water-wise plants and install water-saving sprinkler and drip products. Utah water districts often offer rebates for this work; we'll point you to what's available when we walk the yard.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes — licensed and insured, and working in the Salt Lake Valley since 2007.
- Do you still do lawn care and sprinkler work?
- Yes. Mowing, fertilizing, aeration, cleanups, and sprinkler start-up, repair and winterizing. Most of it is for yards we built, but we take on others.
- How far do you travel?
- Most of our work is in the south end of the Salt Lake Valley — Riverton, Herriman, South Jordan, Draper, Bluffdale — and we go north into Salt Lake City and south into Utah County for the right project.
