Full yard buildout
New construction or a complete tear-out. Grade, drainage, hardscape, steel, water, irrigation, lighting and planting on one schedule with one crew.
Landscape plan
A drawn plan with zones, levels, materials and irrigation before anything is committed. Build it in one push or phase it over several seasons — the plan is made to survive being split up.
Phased builds
Sleeving and irrigation mains get roughed in for the entire plan up front, so phase one never has to be dug up to reach phase three.

Everything you walk, drive and park on.
Paver patios, walks & driveways
Dug out, filled with road base and packed down in layers before a single paver goes down. That base is what keeps a patio flat for years instead of sinking after two winters.
Flagstone terraces
Irregular stone cut and fitted on site for tight, consistent joints.
Retaining & seat walls
Block and stone walls that hold grade, drained properly behind, capped at a height you can actually sit on.
RV pads
A pad that holds the weight of an RV or trailer without cracking or sinking. It all comes down to the base underneath — and we build that part better than most.
Concrete flatwork & stairs
Slabs, steps, curbing and footings.
Gabion walls
A steel cage filled with rock on site. It drains on its own, looks great, and costs a fraction of an engineered block wall of the same height.

Sunken fire lounges
A fire pit room set a few feet into the ground, so the wind goes over your head instead of through your evening. Built-in seating, stone walls and lit steps.

Pondless waterfalls & streams

05 / Turf & play
Turf & play
Lawn, and the things worth putting in it.
Sod & hydroseed
Sod gives you instant lawn and needs watering twice a day for the first two weeks. Hydroseed is cheaper and slower.
Sod removal
Damaged or unwanted grass stripped out ahead of a conversion.
Putting greens
Artificial putting turf over a shaped base with real slopes and breaks built in — not just a flat carpet.
In-ground trampolines
The trampoline sits in a lined, drained pit with the mat level with the grass. Nothing to climb up to, nothing to fall off, and it disappears from view.
06 / Water-wise conversion
Water-wise conversion
Less lawn, lower bills, and a yard that still looks like something.
Flip your strip
The park strip is the hardest place in a yard to keep grass alive and the first thing worth converting.
Xeriscape & rockscape
Some or all of the yard converted to low- or no-water planting over barrier and decorative rock.
Conservation irrigation
Hunter and Rain Bird products that qualify for local water-district rebates — often worth up to half the cost of product and labor.

Repair & redesign
We diagnose quickly and can redesign an existing system for better coverage using fewer heads.
Start-up
Turn on, set the timer, check for leaks and adjust every head for proper coverage.
Shut-off & winterizing
Turn off, open all valves to release trapped water and winterize the backflow preventer.
08 / Maintenance
Maintenance
Mostly for yards we built — but we take on others.
Weekly mowing
Mow, trim and edge, plus blowing down and hauling clippings away.
Fertilizing
Two pre-emergents, season-long nutrient coverage and two liquid weed treatments.
Aeration
Spring and fall. Pulls plugs to loosen soil and get oxygen to the roots. Worth doing at least once a year; twice is better.
Power raking
Removes thatch. More than half an inch of it and you risk suffocating the root system. Frequency depends on depth — anywhere from twice a year to once every three.
Clean-ups
Spring and fall. Leaves, debris, tree and bush trimming, weeding and turning beds.
Trimming & weed control
Hedge and tree pruning, plus spraying that kills weeds at the root rather than snapping them off at the top.
Tree removal
We have the trucks for tall and awkward removals.
